Dye Charge (1/2 oz can) of highly visible yellow dye. Vacuum Sealed so that dye can be installed under high pressures. Compatible with mineral and synthetic oils and all refrigerants (mineral, ester and pag). Must be installed using a tap can hose. Would need to fill the can with refrigerant from the system by attaching the can to the low side of the sytem with a tap can hose with the system off and then open the tap can hose shut off valve, after allowing the can to be fiiled with refrigerant from the low side of the system, turn the shut off valve on the tap can hose off, allow can to cool (approx. 5 minutes, turn system on, then open the tap can shut off valve, thus allowing the dye to enter the ac system. A precisely selected color highly concentrated dye (yellow) is utilized and allows the dye to be highly visible. In most cases, the dye may be seen with the naked eye. However, the use of a blacklight as well as UV glasses does make it much more visible.

This dye is the same color as the dye that auto makers currently use in automobile A/C systems.
